Function
Join our dynamic multicultural Software Development team and take on the challenge of supporting automotive powertrain SW products.
As a Software Scrum Master, you will:
- Support the team in removing impediments and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Act as a facilitator and buffer between the team and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with automotive customers.
- Report on blockers impacting product development and ensure process consistency
Profile
MUST HAVE
- Engineering master’s degree in electricity, electronics, electromechanics or IT
- Experience level: min. 5 year experience in embedded software development
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time management, and teamwork
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of C embedded language
- Interest in Automotive Industry
- SAFe & scrum Master certification
- Technical acumen and ability to understand complex requirements
