Function
You have interest in technology (more particularly in Information and Communication Technology)? You are a natural leader and an excellent communicator in French & English? Then, this job is for you!
Our IT team, composed of 27 employees, is currently looking for a Junior Project Leader to strengthen his team, based in Braine-l’Alleud.
The role of a Project Leader is to coordinate and/or manage projects ("internal" company-wide projects or "external" customer-related projects), in line with processes/best practices/corporate guidelines/legal standards in order to ensure that the project is completed on time and respecting the requirements (quality, content, budget...).
What will you work on?
- Organize and lead projects from A to Z: monitoring the different phases, from the translation of user needs into functional and technical specifications, to the production launch.
- Manage projects by setting up, organizing, coordinating and leading the project team according to the specifications (customer's request, budget, deadlines...).
- Define projects by monitoring indicators, criteria for successful completion, and identifying the projects risks.
- Negotiate and manage the services of external suppliers.
- Deliver projects at the quality level expected by the client.
- Ensure appropriate and regular reporting to the client and stakeholders on the progress of tasks and monitoring of indicators.
- Ensure an adapted and regular reporting to his n+1
Profile
MUST HAVE
- Technical Bachelor/Master (or equivalent by experience)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken French & English
- Good communicator
- Natural leadership to run several projects at the same time
NICE TO HAVE
- Affinity for technical subjects, especially Information and Communication technologies
- Demonstrate rigor, method and pragmatism
