Function
Our Aftermarket team, composed of about 30 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Product Manager to strengthen his team.
You will be responsible for proactive management of product portfolio (over 2000 items) and you will be the technical person of reference for the sales team.
What will you work on?

Market & technological trends, insights and developments are captured and serve as input for product portfolio development and for reporting.

Support expansion of AT business into After-market by studying existing business and potential opportunities.

Monitor competitors by gathering current market information (such as pricing, product range, new product development, technology, …)

Coordinate, control and administer assigned projects both internally & externally.

Participate and support organisation in seminars, automotive aftermarket fairs, exhibitions, and activities (within Europe)

Perform audits to assess potential future collaboration with Aisin.

Establish or support continuous improvement of procedure and policies.

Coordinating the follow-up of customer claims of events and benchmark sessions.
Profile
MUST HAVE
• Degree in engineering (Mechanical, electro-mechanical or automotive) or equivalent by experience
• 5 year-experience in the automotive industry (preferably with knowledge of after-market business)
• Operational English and French; any other language is an asset
NICE TO HAVE
• Strong knowledge of Aisin Automatic Transmission and related products (other AT technologies is welcome)
• Strong interest in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of your time.
