Function
Join our TQM team and become the driving force behind continuous improvement across our European sites. If you are passionate about standards and certification, this position is for you!
Your mission
Within our Total Quality Management department, your mission on our European sites (Belgium, Germany & Sweden) is to participate to certification activities (Quality, Safety, Environment, Information Security) and, to contribute to the promotion and continuous improvement of the management system in order to maintain certifications and customer satisfaction.
What will you work on?
- You ensure the management of improvement projects related to the management system (Quality, Safety, Environment, Information Security) while ensuring the implementation of procedures and documentation in compliance to the norms and standards (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, TISAX, GA-SG, VDA 6.3, specific requirements of car manufacturers, Product Intregrity, …)
- You lead an audit team to assess the management system and the production processes ; You coordinate self-assesments with the support of internal departments;
- You assist, coordinate and monitor the application of problem solving methods and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits;
- You develop training and awareness missions relating to the management system and the norms/standards, and provide them throughout the company; You design, promote and implement tools related to this system while supporting the implementation;
- You are responsible to implement regular activities linked with process management while providing guidance and support to the process owners in their tasks;
- You follow changes in the management system standards as well as customer requirements ensuring the understanding by the members in charge to implement and the appropriate implementation. You support maintenance activities of the management system so that it remains continuously up-to-date;
- You are in charge of extenal audits preparation gathering key information from internal and external stakeholders. You follow or develop a preparation schedule and ensure having the support of key persons.
Profile
MUST HAVE
- Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in a technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in the automotive sector.
- You are qualified as a QSE "lead internal auditor".
- Good communication skills in French and English.
- Knowledge in IATF-16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 (or alternatively OHSAS18001) standards.
- Flexibiliy on both sites (Mons & Braine-l’Alleud)
NICE TO HAVE
- Additional training and experience in the field of QSE management system or in a project management function.
- Experience in the field of information security management system.
- Knowledge in TISAX and/or ISO-27001, the IATF core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC), VDA6.3.
