Function
About the role
As a key player within the Sales Department, you will ensure smooth operations, reliable reporting, and strong compliance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful work, cross‑regional collaboration, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
You will support the global sales organization and contribute to the efficiency of the department through a wide range of responsibilities:
- Manage monthly sales reporting and KPI tracking to support data‑driven decisions.
- Contribute to compliance activities (IATF, J‑SOX, TISAX, ISO) by coordinating documents and updating internal processes.
- Assist in price management, digitalization efforts, and IT‑related internal projects.
- Organize Sales Department meetings, agendas, minutes, and coordinate team events.
- Handle website inquiries, supplier creation, PR/GRN inputs, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication between local teams and global stakeholders, including Japan.
Profile
What you bring
You are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a strong team dynamic.
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in a support or coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); any additional language is an asset.
- A proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented approach.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment and across functions.
- Strong MS Office skills
