Function

Drive performance. Lead people. Shape the future of our Aftermarket Sales operations.

To support continued growth of our Aftermarket Sales organization, we are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to take a hybrid role combining people leadership and hands‑on Sales Operations across the West Europe region. This is a key leadership position with direct impact on team effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will act as the daily operational leader of our West Europe Aftermarket Sales team, 5 experienced Sales professionals, including two based remotely (France & Spain). Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to the team, ensuring flawless execution of our commercial plans while fostering talent development and high performance.

You will serve as the bridge between the team and the Sales Manager, taking ownership of people management and operational coordination, while contributing to key customer and commercial activities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5 Sales professionals (on‑site & remote).
  • Set clear objectives, ensure performance reviews, drive competence development, and provide day‑to‑day coaching.
  • Support the Sales Manager by taking full ownership of people‑related responsibilities.

2. Sales Operations Management

  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate the activities of the regional Sales team in line with strategic priorities and customer expectations.
  • Ensure excellence in pricing, tenders, negotiations, forecasting, commercial campaigns, and pipeline management.
  • Support the execution of Sales strategies for key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, ITGs, and competitor‑aligned customers.

3. Business & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support negotiations at regional level.
  • Represent AISIN Europe at industry trade shows and professional events.

4. Governance, Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure clear and effective communication flows (top‑down and bottom‑up).
  • Monitor team performance, report risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
  • Guarantee strict compliance with AISIN Europe’s legal, quality, and antitrust standards.

Profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a managerial Sales role, ideally within the automotive sector or IAM (Independent Aftermarket).
  • Proven ability to lead and influence experienced Sales teams - remote team management is a strong asset.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Analytical and structured, with solid planning and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Offer

  • A leadership role with real impact in a dynamic, growing, and multicultural Aftermarket division.
  • An opportunity to shape team performance and contribute directly to AISIN Europe’s commercial success in Europe.
  • A collaborative environment with strong values, innovation, and long‑term vision.
  • Attractive benefits and development opportunities within a global automotive leader.
